As a personal trainer, athlete, and veteran of the US Army; I spent a majority of my early adulthood learning about and focusing on exercise and nutrition. The purpose of this project was to create an infographic that elicits the importance of health and nutrition while including some helpful tips and suggestions. The infographic features two bar charts and three pie charts that will help the viewer to identify their daily caloric needs as well as how much of what type of foods they should be eating in order to accomplish their goal; weight loss, maintenance, or gain.
